• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
• Exchanges may be approved within 48 hours of purchase or delivery and are subject to inspection and approval.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for an exchange.
• Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, or special-order jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Robinson Jewelry Design reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
